Who should file a claim?

According to the terms of the settlement “individuals who, while residing or located in California, placed a call to the toll-free numbers of Concesionaria Vuela Compañía de Aviacion, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Controladora Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.B. de C.V. between June 21, 2016, and June 23, 2017.

Experts close to the case predict class members will receive around $22 per valid call.
